V-App is an application that accompanies you throughout your menstrual cycle and provides daily motivation for women, in a fresh, clear, and friendly way.

With V-App, it will be much easier to track your menstrual cycle accurately and timely. In addition, you can receive advice and tips from Nosotras according to the phase of your menstrual calendar. Questions about the arrival of your period, what is PMS, and how to survive those difficult days of your cycle when you feel down and don't want to do anything, all of that you will find in V-App.

V-App notifies personalized and general information that supports your daily routine, and also answers questions from professionals without taboo or censorship, guiding women in a friendly manner from their first menstruation to premenopause.

How do I enter my new period?
It's super easy! On the main screen of the bottom menu in the option [name of option], there is a button that says [button name], click on it and it will take you to a screen where you can see the months, then select the day your period started, and you're done!

How do I activate the application's reminders?
To activate the reminders, you have to register and enter your data. Once registered, you must go to the bottom menu and click on [button name] to activate them. It will be quick!

How do I activate reminders for contraceptive pills?
Easy! Go to [your profile] in the bottom menu, there you will find a tab called [tab name], click on it and you will find a notification named [notification name], activate it and switch it to [option]. Then schedule the reminder time, the application will remind you starting from the next day.

How do I enter signals and symptoms from previous days into Nosotras V-App: Menstrual Calendar?
Go to [your profile] in the bottom menu, select the previous date you want to enter data for, and click on [button name].

Where can I see the forecasts of my cycle?
If you go to [your profile] in the bottom menu and then click on [option] at the top, you will enter a screen called [screen name], where you will find everything about yourself and your cycle. There you can see the forecasts of your period and cycle that you have entered in the last 6 months.

The forecasts about your menstrual cycle that appear in V-App should not be taken as a contraceptive method.
