It's super easy! On the main screen of the bottom menu in the option [name of option], there is a button that says [button name], click on it and it will take you to a screen where you can see the months, then select the day your period started, and you're done!

How do I activate the application's reminders?

To activate the reminders, you have to register and enter your data. Once registered, you must go to the bottom menu and click on [button name] to activate them. It will be quick!

How do I activate reminders for contraceptive pills?

Easy! Go to [your profile] in the bottom menu, there you will find a tab called [tab name], click on it and you will find a notification named [notification name], activate it and switch it to [option]. Then schedule the reminder time, the application will remind you starting from the next day.

How do I enter signals and symptoms from previous days into Nosotras V-App: Menstrual Calendar?

Go to [your profile] in the bottom menu, select the previous date you want to enter data for, and click on [button name].

Where can I see the forecasts of my cycle?

If you go to [your profile] in the bottom menu and then click on [option] at the top, you will enter a screen called [screen name], where you will find everything about yourself and your cycle. There you can see the forecasts of your period and cycle that you have entered in the last 6 months.

The forecasts about your menstrual cycle that appear in V-App should not be taken as a contraceptive method.
